I'm not entirely clear what you mean by a GUI client for MS SQL though.
If you are speaking of something like a pgadmin or a phpmyadmin, then
no, I'm not aware of one.

If you are speaking of a software development system, I know that
rubyonrails has connectors that work with MS SQL
