In order to tell you why it's not working, you'll have to describe what's actually happening when you try to use it, and what you're expecting to happen.
Also I have one application that is running fine with Redhat 9.0, but when I am trying to install and run the same on FC4 its giving me error ' unable to load shared library. libgnome.so.32 not found.'
This library is provided by the gnome-libs package. Install that and you should be OK.
