Keep more than one.  Just rpm -e the packages you don't want.

e.g. rpm -e kernel*2.6.11* kernel*2.6.12* kernel*2.6.13* kernel*2.6.14*

That should remove all but the latest three.  If you cannot use SMP
kernels, because of your CPU, you could remove all the SMP ones.
