There is certainly a file comps.xml there, and it has the same md5sum:

        [tim@elizabeth disk]$ ls repodata/
        comps.xml  filelists.xml.gz  other.xml.gz  primary.xml.gz  repomd.xml
                TRANS.TBL
        [tim@elizabeth disk]$ cd repodata/
        [tim@elizabeth repodata]$ md5sum comps.xml
        3c64b01ab4602f6a07dc47e26e96326f  comps.xml
