Well here is the thing. I could not find the flash-plugin-7.0.63-1 in
any of the repos. So I went to http://macromedia.mplug.org/ and found
I could download the Fedora rpm. On the web-page it says to put the rpm
in the /etc/yum.repo.d directory and then run: yum install flash-plugin.
Well that seemed strange but I gave it a shot and it did not work.
Is it supposed to work?

In the end I installed the rpm the old fashioned way using rpm -Uvh
