FAT16 / FAT32 as vfat
NTFS is still a forbidden item; but you can find support for it from the
well known third party repository rpm.livna.org.
http://www.linux-ntfs.org/content/view/187 too has packages.

The output of `ls /lib/modules/*/kernel/fs/' may be of interest for you.
