You need to add:
Fedora Core release 4 (Stentz) (i386):/usr/bin/md5sum:/bin:
to /var/rkhunter/db/os.dat
to enable md5sum check for FC4.
As far as I know FC4 was never supported for this in any rkhunter
version, so you must be experiencing this in all FC4's or they might be
FC3's or something.
