Yeah, that's true. I don't read any "release notes" that are part of a "release announcement." But the URL posted contains a wealth of information about what's changed and boy it's a lot. As for installing the software, I look forward to that in a couple months after the dust has settled. ;-) So anyway, yeah, if the OP read something incomplete passed off on the list as release notes, then I can understand being misinformed.
