   What kernel Mike ?

 ~ $ uname -r
2.6.15-1.2059_FC5

   I suspect that's the release. It's 2.6.16rc6-git10 ** fixed to
allow proprietary driver (ATI, nVidia) installation according to
-test ML posts. I use Xorg's OSS 'nv' driver, so I don't know that it
does. I also use kde, but I've heard reports that all gnome related
packages for FC5 will be 2.14. As of today, most, but not all are.
OTOH, I use some atrpms packages, an this morning there were over 50
updates to FC5 for those.
