I don't know such a place... a good way forward would seem to be to wait
a few days and upgrade to FC5, which should provide quite recent kernels
for the next few months.

I run kernel 2.6.15.6 from kernel.org on my FC3 systems. Works fine
for me on some Intel and AMD based boxes, but as they say, your
mileage may vary.
