url question

Hello All,

	Here's a linux issue that's starting to confuse me.  Why is it that
when I look at the properties of files and folders (via the right mouse
button) I see that some have a url associated with them?  These are not
objects on the Web, but things like the Trash icon on the KDE desktop
(trash:/).
