There is perception and there is reality. The perception is that complaining on this list might actually do some good. The reality is, your complaints WILL be ignored for the most part on this list. The perception is that if you create an RFE on bugzilla, it will be ignored. The reality is (at the very least, in this one instance), it was attended to the same day. Mind you that the RFE was stated clearly and the response offered alternatives that seemed reasonably suitable. Craig
