hi

i updated FC4 with yum a few weeks ago and after the update my wlan interface stopped working. it's a dual boot system and wlan works fine on Windows XP so it shouldn't be a hardware issue.

when i boot the system here's what happens:
...
Shutting down interface eth0: [ OK ]
Shutting down loopback interface: [ OK ]
Bringing up loopback interface: [ OK ]
Bringing up interface eth0:
Determining IP information for eth0... done.
                                                          [ OK ]
Bringing up interface eth1: cannot change name of wlan0 to eth1: File exists
cannot change name of wlan0 to eth1: File exists
cannot change name of wlan0 to dev5346: File exists
cannot change name of wlan0 to dev370: File exists
cannot change name of wlan0 to dev17832: File exists
... the last line is repeated over and over

the problematic update included the following packages among others:
   kernel-2.6.15-1.1831-FC4
   udev-071-0.FC4.2
   module-init-tools-3.2-0.pre9.0.FC4.1
   libselinux-1.23.11-1.1

any ideas on how to fix this problem?
