PUBKEY is a file containing the public key. You can ether download
the key file, or export it from gpg. I guess I should have spelled
things out more. The thing to keep in mind is that gpg's keyring
and rpm's keyring are separate.

gpg --export ff6382fa > PUBKEY
rpm --import PUBKEY
