Kernel 2.6.15-1.1831_FC4 and BTTV

I am not able to use my video capture board (BT848) with either of the 
two 2.6.15 kernels recently released.  I try to open tvtime and I get 
/dev/video0 does not exist.  My /etc/modprobe.conf entries for the tuner 
are:

# bttv
alias char-major-81 bttv
options bttv card=2 tuner=6 pll=28 automute=1
options tvaudio tda9850=1
# post-install bttv modprobe tuner; modprobe videodev


If I boot the 2.6.14-1.1656_FC4 kernel everything works again.

Suggestions?
