Hi, I solved the problem with yum. It seems that the reason was following:
I had two versions of udev (i.e. the old one was not removed durinig the
installation of new one; why? I do not know).
Now I have fully updated system but I have problem with gdm. It does not
starts after booting. X reports that modules bitmap and pcidata cannot be
found.
I have no idea what to do.
