Just as a follow up, it will use the 1st account's mail server for
sending to send mail for the 2nd account even if it is disabled.

If I disable the first account, and set the 2nd account to the default
account, it then works correctly and sends email through the 2nd
account's mail server.

This is starting to sound bug worthy to me.
