I did a yum update last night (on FC4) but it was failing some dependencies for vlc. So I yum removed vlc and after manually installing libquicktime-devel, was then able to do the update. But now I can't reinstall vlc. I get the error below. Is there any way to resolve this? How come it does not find these dependencies?
