Thanks a lot man....It worked....Actually I didnt install it using rpm...I did it using yum....I upgraded my entire X....And all 3-D applications are working fine...Thanks once again

You are on i386, right?

If so, execute the following:
$ rpm --force -Uvh
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/3/i386/xorg-x11-Mesa-libGL-6.8.2-1.FC3.45.2.i386.rpm
$ rpm --force -Uvh
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/3/i386/xorg-x11-Mesa-libGLU-6.8.2-1.FC3.45.2.i386.rpm

Restart X and let me know how it goes.
