She's not getting updates because her machine isn't configured to install them. Create a file in /etc/yum.repos.d called fedora-updates that contains the following: [updates-released] name=Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - Released Updates #baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/$releasever/$basearch/ mirrorlist=http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/updates-released-fc$releasever enabled=1 gpgcheck=1 gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora Then re-run 'yum update'. -- Chris "I trust the Democrats to take away my money, which I can afford.
