Have a contact form. Once the visitor fills out the form it sends you an
email. I believe that is the best way to hide email address.

I hate forms.
There us little guarantee users can type their email address whereas
their email client already has it.
I can't use a form unless I'm connected to the Internet.
If I deign to use one, I make the reader pay extra. I hate forms.
