kde focus on newly mapped window

Testing FC5T2.  KDE.

Most everything seems OK, but one thing I haven't figured out, and it's
rather annoying.  Newly mapped windows don't get focus unless I click in
them.  I'm not used to that behavior.  Anyone know how to change it?
