libaa.so.1 comes with the aalib package. This is available through
Fedora Extras:
yum install aalib
-or-
yum install libaa.so.1

Livna, DAG, FreshRPMs and greysector all carry the MPlayer RPM's
through their YUM repositories. I'm not sure which is configured the
best, but I do know that the greysector ("official" MPlayer rpm's) do
not have the libaa dependancy.
