If you're using volume groups, you can add a new drive and extend
existing volumes across it.  If you're unsure if you are, post
your /etc/fstab file here.

It is possible to relocate things.  It might depend on the size of your
extra drive as to what's the best way to tackle widening your storage
space.

Provide more information, and you'll get better suggestions from people.
