I have the below k3b packages installed and it works for me. (it worked
with the packages from Fedora as well but did not have the codecs for
mp3s).  I added the kde-redhat-stable and kde-redhat-stable-all repos to
get the k3b-extras package. 


[jeff@eagle ~]$ rpm -qa *k3b*
k3b-extras-0.12.10-0.1.fc4.kde
k3b-0.12.10-0.1.fc4.kde
