fedora packaged video editor

Hi,
I have some family MPEGs to edit.
I need to add some subtitles, to add some background music and off
voice, to cut & move some sequences,...
I know about cinelerra, but it is a heavy one.
I look for a simpler one, if possible.
I look for a fedora packaged software, too. I dont want to install all
-devel packages in order to compile one.
Videos to import are all MPEGs. No Divx/WMVs/QuickTime/RealVideo/...

Which would you suggest?

A powerfull GroupWare, CMS, CRM, ECM: CPS (Open Source & GPL).
Opengroupware, SPIP, Plone, PhpBB, JetSpeed... are good: CPS is better.
