That's what the exception ..04 and the Bank 4 are telling you. Bank 4 (this may be in cache memory) of your memory is having a problem. Since it's an HP product it uses proprietary hardware mostly. A 500 MHz Pavillion is fairly old and is likely to start giving problems anyway so it probably would not be suitable for any phigh riority tasks.
