Looks like you're trying to install a 2.6.14-1.1644 based ndiswrapper module against a 2.6.14-1.1653 based kernel. This isn't supposed to work. It also looks like Livna's updated by now: try again. That's quite a collection of updates you've got: new install? (I hope you haven't been spending too much time connected to the net with all that to install).
