First wash your mouth out for such sacrilege ;-) then edit
your /etc/grub.conf file (you'll need to be the root user).  See the
"default=0" line?  That sets the default OS to boot.  The first one
listed (below it) is zero, the next one after that is "1", the next one
is "2", and so on.
