Pup [1] is in the current development tree is meant as replacement to
perform software updates using Yum. It is also in FC5 Test 1 release.

Can I install this from RPM and ontp FC4?
I have no clue. Dont have a FC4 system handy. I am running rawhide. You
can try and rebuild the SRPM if you are interested in that.
