Did you alter the /etc/xinetd.d/tftp file to have "disabled" set to 'no'
(so that it runs???)
Since it looks like he's trying ftp check the ftp file. Make
sure that either file is correct Mine has this:
# disable = yes
disable = no
My ftp file is gssftp while the tftp file is tftp.
