Today, in following a web page link in Firefox 1.5 I clicked on the name of a .doc file. This led to a dialogue box offering me choices to: 1. open with openoffice.org 1.1 2. other program 3. save to disk Now that I've upgraded to OO.o 2 that's what I'd like to use. As far as I can see I need to browse to the binary for this program then make it the default. But the file browser window that comes up has no option to view files starting with .
