Totem and TVtime will not run on my system. Starting totem results in an error - "Totem could not startup. Resource busy or not available". When starting TVtime a window quickly flashes and never reappears.

I am using kernel 2.6.14-1.1653 with totem-1.0.4 and tvtime-1.0.1 installed as FC4 packages. My system is an
AUSU A7V8X-MX SE motherboard with
VIA Technologies Inc. VT8378 [S3 UniChrome] Integrated Video,
Easy TV video capture card with Philips Semiconductor SAA7130 Video Broadcast Decoder chipset, and a
LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-1673S.
