With iptraf you would want the 'lan station monitor', but it shows
mac addresses instead of IP addresses.  There is a config option where
you can supply your own name for each MAC address to make it easier to
read.  Ntop is nicer for a lot of views although I'm not sure anything
is going to show what you want in real time.
