UltraVNC for windows has a nice feature whereby if the user has
Ultravnc installed on a machine, he can go to any other machine with a
web browser and start a session (using java)- no software installed on
the viewing machine. Is there a program for Fedora that has this
feature? A yum-able program would be prefered. Thanks.

The default xvnc service supports this - simply point your web browser at port 580x (by default) where x is the session number.
