I wanna' contribute!  :)

I'd like to package an existing application such that it could be added
to one of the repositories, and installed via "yum install XXX". I have
all the source code, and I've compiled it & gotten it to run under FC3.

Is there a good "HOWTO" or other online reference that explains how to
package the files for use on FC?
