Using Galeon (1.3.x, 2.0, mozilla 1.7.12), I often face the same problem. And
right clicking/saving is not available since the link does point to a
dynamical page (@#$%!).

But, it is possible to still left-click on this link, go on w/ the RA player
(stop it if necessary), then save the file using the File/Save as menu item.
Whereas you won't get a progress indicator, you can still see the file
growing :-).

Of course, the best would be to dissociate the RA plugin from RPM file
extension!
