How > big's the document, overall? The original size of the document was 220Kb and now (without the blank lines) is 180Kb. I think NVU does not insert all blank lines at once, but as one updates the HTML document, the number of superfluous blank lines increases. I think I will use Quanta instead in the future. Paul
