FC5,test1: windows are sticky!!

When I try to move a window, it "sticks" at the monitor 
edge. That is, slide a window right, and the right side of 
the window won't go past the right edge ofthe monitor. Hold 
the mouse for two seconds, it will.

Really irritating.

I can't find where these window properties are set. They're 
not in System->Preferences->Windows

Any suggestions?
