Presumably you installed mplayer from FreshRPMs?

Possibly upgrading/reinstalling mplayer will fix these RPMs.  Do you
still have a FreshRPMS repo definition and is the $releasever used to
define the Fedora Version?

Otherwise, as a brute force method you could remove those packages,
including mplayer and reinstall via yum.
