Hi Folks, I have remotely connected with VNC to my FC4 box, logged in, and got my shell windows and and was just doing some work. I was trying to solve a problem, and vi'ed to /var/log/messages and wanted to scan the log file for errors. I ^G (went to the bottom of the page) and held down the up-arrow key (it was scrolling up fast) and all of a sudden, the shell window closed and one by one my opened desktop windows started closing as well. When the last window closed, VNC window closed and I was out. This is the 4th time it happened to me. Interesting. Well - I looked for any log files that might report the cause of the error but I could not find any. Kind regards, Dan -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
