A while back I used to use fabForce's DB Designer [http://www.fabforce.net/dbdesigner4/]. This is a nice tool for designing databases. I still use this tool under Windows/2000, but it no longer appears to work under Fedora Core 4. The compiled software references older versions of several libraries. Before I download the source, track down the dependencies, and try to build this tool, does anyone have other suggestions for freely available database design tools? I know - I can always create the diagram in Dia, then write my own SQL to create the tables and indicies. I took a quick look at OpenOffice's database tool, and while I can connect to databases via JDBC drivers, it doesn't look like I can describe foreign keys and referential constraints. Thanks in advance. /mde/
