The copyright tag has been deprecated in RPM for a long time. Use License tag instead. This is not specific to Fedorahey mustafa - it's the copyright tag in the spec file, which i guess checkinstall is building for you. the new rpm wants to see license instead of copyright. i've run into this problem when building several src rpms recently. it appears to be a change in the rpm system for fc4. john
