(2) Having said that, I agree with your comment - one should if possible always add a few words to explain the relevance of a link. (In my experience, Rahul nearly always does.) On my ancient laptop, it takes a little time - 20 to 30 seconds - for a link to come up, and it is mildly annoying if and when one finds it is irrelevant.
