Since I can't get a reply on ports 143 or 993 I'd do whatever you need to do on your end to trigger an update at no-ip.com, just to make certain the records are correct. If you're running squirrelmail from the same box as your imap server, try using 127.0.0.1 or localhost as your server name in the config file. Also--watch out with using cnames for your mx records. They can break reverse lookups and cause some MTAs to refuse to talk to your server.
