Yes. And make sure you have to be able to logon to XP.
And then when one of Malcolm's pupils wants to use the Windows Media
Player, or whatever, then all (s)he has to do is come to Malcolm and
ask for an id to logon to Windows.

Simpler than that. Convince Linksys, Netgear, or whomever made your
firewall, to write a translating proxy that takes WMP content and converts
it (on-the-fly) into MPEG (or Divix or AVC or ...). ;-)
