Hi:

php.org discusses the issue: (( See http://us3.php.net/mysql ))

Any help would be appreciated.

No need to recompile, just:

    #yum install php-mysql

followed by

    # service httpd restart

P.S. Please don't "hijack" an existing thread by changing the subject
line, start a new thread with a new message.

Sorry, I had no Idea the 'thread' was somehow still buried in the header.
