Make sure that kernel-devel package is installed for 2.6.13-1.1532_FC4 otherwise compiling will fail when you run make KERNEL_DIR=/lib/modules/2.6.13-1.1532_FC4. http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/smartlink/ Report success/failure.
