See http://asg.web.cmu.edu/cyrus/ You need to install the Cyrus-IMAPd packages (yum install cyrus-imapd cyrus-imapd-utils perl-Cyrus) if you want to run that IMAP/POP3 server. And even more, you have to carefully read its documentation and configure it. That mail access server is not trivial.
