Edit /boot/grub/grub.conf, and add
   norhgb
to the end of the kernel line that you are booting (or all kernel
lines of you don't know). for example, change
       kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.11-1.1369_FC4smp ro root=LABEL=/ quiet
to
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.11-1.1369_FC4smp ro root=LABEL=/ quiet norhgb

BTW, MOST COMMANDS IN LINUX ARE IN LOWER CASE, SO YOU'LL PROBABLY HAVE
TO LEARN TO TURN CAPS LOCK OFF
